  1. need a reboot cd but MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACK UP OF EVERYTHING! my mum's bf reset windows xp on our computer and it lost everything on there, files, pictures, software, music, everything so back up the stuff you want to keep first then get a reboot cd (should have been one when you got your computer with it) or download one by googling 'xp reboot download free' try a couple of links and hope for the best.
