How to resize pictures?

I'm trying to make some pictures larger for a flash player that will be on my company's website. I found all kinds of sites that will make them smaller, but that's obviously not my intention. Any one have a site or free program that will let me enlarge the pixels?

An easier way to resize picture would be by using Ms-Paint.

*Open a picture using Ms-paint.

*Click "CTRL+W"

*And Resize the picture in the way you want.

*Then Press  "CTRL+A", "Right click on the  

picture", go down to "Copy to" and click on it, Then  choose a folder you want to save the picture to.



*Pictures saved from ms-paint are usually in Bitmap format. So, Before you hit the save button. Choose JPEG  format for the picture on "Save type as", and hit the  save button.
