How to resolve errors on credit report?

First Finanacial Asset Management out of georgia, has a bad record on my credit report which i have paid off about a year ago, ive tried contacting them to get this issue fixed, but cant get ahold of anyone at the company. how can i get this fixed if i cant get ahold of the company falsely reporting my credit, ive already enter a dispute will that be enough?

You also need to send a certified letter to the collection agency demanding that they validate the debt.  Send it to the address listed on the credit report.
