How to restore and iPod nano 3Gen without iTunes?

I disconnected wrong my Just Bought iPod nano 3Gen... (just eject it from iTunes and how it say unplug I did it) Now just the gray screen with Apple logo appears and when I connect it Windows XP say It has malfunction and cant be recognized from Xp or iTunes... I tried pressing Menu and centre button but NOTHING! Anyone knows what could I do... The warranty doesnt support that problem I have to pay in an Apple support center :-(

  1. hold middle button and menu button at the same time for like 10 seconds to restart it. its probably frozen
