  2. For me, sleep helps, since sleep refreshs your mind. Also, try to do things you are good at. Keep telling yourself "Be optimistic!" like a mantra, just keeping saying it and saying it and saying it and saying it and........saying it!

    Also, go take a walk in place rich in natural wildness. Nature makes people humble and forget their problems. It works for me.

  5. well..first of al,try n think of the thing that made u sad as less as u can.u cant forget it n itz the fact,but u can alwayz try n avoid talking abt it.

    then freak out wid ur close ones.meet ppl wid postive energy.

    read gud buks.meditate,itz a great de-stresser.

    and Music of course.it makes u happy.

  7. By having a quick nap. Incase, your not in a position to, you can keep on telling this to yourself in your mind - "I'm the best". Then say it even louder - "I'm the Best". "I'M THE BEST".

    Trust me, it sounds silly but it works wonders. The thought that it sounds silly will make you laugh, thus it will momentarily make you forget the sadness :-)
