I forgot the passowrd given for the boot menu in my laptop. How can i access the boot menu or is it possible to retieve the password.

  1. two type of password may ask during bootup.

    1. BIOS password - You are recomended to do the BIOS reset by using the jumper to shock the board.

    2. Windows password - if you are using the Domain to login, you are advisable to contact your administrator for password reset. else, you need to use the booting CD to hack your pc to perform password reset.
