The PayPal system does not allow you to delete payments off of your account "History" page.  PayPal actually saves all transaction information dating back to the date you created your account.

You can locate all the details for any transaction that has occurred on your PayPal account through your History Log. To view your History Log, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.

Click the "History" subtab.

Make your selections in the "Show" drop-down and date boxes.

Click "Search."

Click "Details" by any transaction for more information.

Now if you are refering to a problem with viewing an eBay transaction that you've deleted, you will have to contact "Live Help" which is a live chat representative that can be accessed from the eBay main page by clicking "Live Help" in the top right corner of the page.
