You can use common collection practices like contacting the debtors by mail or phone. If you are in micro finance, your company should have established guidelines to follow to make sure you stay within the law.

You can also report them to the credit bureaus to get them to pay.

If the amount is worth suing over, you can always take them to court over it and get a judgment. You would need to hire an attorney for that though.
