How to return these shoes?

I ordered some stuff from victoria's secret, and they accidentally sent me some shoes.

They didn't show up on my receipt, and I wasn't charged for them. VS has no record of sending them to me.

They're ugly and they don't fit, but they are worth 30 dollars -- so would it be possible to return them and get credit? --- and how?

(maybe order some new shoes, and when they come in return the others instead? - what do you think?)

Don't return things without a receipt, they may call you a shoplifter. Sorry but that is how a lot of retailers think now.

Take it back to the store and say you don't have the receipt then ask for store credit. Just make sure you don't wear them before you take them back to VS. The other option could be for you to sell it on Craigslist or Ebay.

So you want credit for something that you did not pay for and were not charged for?  That's theft.
