How to reveal hidden folders in Windows XP??

I questioned it before, but some answerer said that I should go to tool bar, and select tools, and then folder options. But I only see, map network drive, disconnect network drive and synchronize, where I should go?

  1. open my documents (to be safe),

    open the tools menu,

    click folder options,

    select view,

    scroll down and click show hidden files and folders,

    and repeat to undo


  2. Left click on your desktop>Click on View>Scroll down to "Show desktop icons>Click it.

  3. go to tools>folder option> view and scroll down and check show hidden files and folders.

  4. Open any folder, not my computer. Then go to the drop down menus there and do what you just said. Once in folder options, click the tab that says view and scroll down.

  5. go to the a folder, and click on tools, then click folder options, scroll down and u will see show hidden folders and files, click that and your done =]
