How to ride a bike using no handlebars?

I'm trying to learn how to ride my bike using no hands. I know it requires keeping a straight posture to put less pressure on the front wheel, and riding on a smooth surface. Are there any other secrets? I was also told that it has something to do with the bike. What kind of bike is best for no-handers?

  1. look straight ahead. never look down!

  2. You've got the basics - lean back a little and keep a good pace with the pedals - spin.

It really doesn't matter what kind of bike - unless your talking BMX or tick bike - it's harder on those - but it should be "trued" and aligned properly for best results.

But even more impressive would be a track stand - where you can keep the bike upright at a dead stop.

Please use both hands if we meet in the bike lane, though!

    Happy riding.

  3. theres nothing really you can do to do it you just need to keep trying eventually itle come to you and youl be able to turn and look down and all that stuff while doing it

  4. Practise, Practise, Practise

When i first strated trying to ride no-handed i couln't do it at all and now i can ride 600 metres no handed
