  1. Its simple ...

    Though im using photoshop cs2 , i think it will be on top right corner.

    ..In my cs2 , theres a "brush" option on top right.

    Click on it, then click "brush tip option" ,

    there u will see a round circular image.

    Move it with ur mouse, to resize ur brushes..

    Hope its the same on ur cs3 ;)
