I am using cygwin to run konqueror. I do web design, and I like to have EVERY browser possible. I installed kde, and made a start script for konqueror, but that annoying bash window sticks around...any way to get rid of it?

  1. As long as the path to the Cygwin DLL is in your Windows path, then you don't need to start bash to get to the your Cygwin tools.  If the path is updated, then you should be able to make a link to the konqueror exectutable on your desktop and run it from there.
