How to run a 5k hill race in 35day ?

im a smoker and drinker too . but i still maintening my running . 20 to 30 minit run .2time in a week .

  1. I would start the first week with a 30 min run 5 days of the week. The second week bump it up to 35 min and see if you can find a hill and run up and down that hill for at least 15 of the 35 min with out stopping. The 3rd week jump it to 6 days of running and 40 min and run the hill for at least 20-25 min. The rest of the time keep running and start getting yourself mentally ready for a 5k hill race.   2. i would probably say run every day 30-40 min decent speed

    and take one day off a week or jog easy one day
