How to run a .exe installation file without the steps being displayed on the desktop?

Okay what I want to do is install a vnc client on a computer but not have the installation setup be displayed on the desktop. Basically I want to setup to be automatic and not have the user to physically hit the "next" buttons on the setup.

Is this possible, if so HELP ME!!!

Setting up that type of a program without the end-users input would be read as malware at the least and a virus for the most part.  You can modify the SETUP.INI file to add in the info needed but it may not work for that type of install.....you can set the default location, and set it to not ask for confirmation (not show the next button or whatever)....but its tricky, and if you get it wrong you could destroy the program itself.
