Question:

How to run best race?

i have races coming up all 2 miles...i was just wondering how i should pace myself like start out fast then slow or oppisite or something else?

also how do you stay motivated...towards the end i always let people pass me even when i still can go faster...i get too discouraged and give up...any advice?

  1. Try not t start off to fast because then you'll  be tired right away,just go fast enough so your not pushed way to the back. Then at the end give it  your all,   don't get discourge because if you know you can go faster then do it so they  stay behind you and  if you keep pushing the might see they wont catch up and you'll bet them to the finish line!


  2. That was my mistake! to pace myself.  You should look up plyometrics, do speed endurance workouts, train fast and long. Train fast, become fast.

    Train slow, become slow. You are what you train!
