  1. Trying varying Long Slow Distance (LSD) with some sort of interval training, like fartlek training. Doing LSD every other day helps to develop your stamina - the interval training works on speed. Fartlek does a little of both, but I'm not a big fan of doing fartlek everyday.


  2. first of all r u sprinter or runner?uanyways for faster speed,the only thing that u must do is PRACTICE!practice everyday running in a nearby park or even better beach if u can.that way ur body's response gets increased.thus u can run at a gud speed without getting fatique.and for stamina,drink loads of milk.also glucose and electral.consume a sachet of glucose b4 u start running and after ur practice,consume eelectral.and most important of all be CONFIDENT of urself.and morever partcipation is as important as winning.so go ahead and win all ur races.

  3. u have to make ur stamina with daily exercise and eat healthy.and while running take long steps and run so that u can cover long distance at a shorter time.

  6. Do swimming for stamina, learn butterfly (swimming) and do 200-300 yards everyday. After a break do 1-2mile runs everyday. Then after a month or 2 of this routine, run 400meters at normal pace then sprint, then 300meters at normal pace then dash, And then do 200 meters sprinting
