  1. its all about pacing

many people run the same time beginning and end, but others like to run the second half of their race faster.

and of course you should eat something that boosts your energy before the race

  2. it depends on how spaced out your events are, between your events rest don't move around a lot. and its really important to stay loose and stretched out. all in all ur not even running an 800m so its technically not that much that ur running. but stay hydrated and pick ur best event and try to do ur best at that one. just use ur will power and do your best at every event =]

  3. I wouldn't suggest on pacing because after it all you'll find out you had some energy left and the bit of energy can make a difference. i think you should run each race at a time all out. Think about the next race after and make sure to stretch. The best thing to do is load up on carbs such as pasta, pizza and bread. You'll do fine if you believe in yourself and if you don't do well in the later events your team will understand your fatigue.

  4. I run the 1600, the 1600 relay, the 200, and the long jump every meet.  This is what I do.

    *get a good nights sleep

*eat healthy the day before and the day of (eat lots of protein and good carbs)

*be exited to run that always helps

Good luck, I know you can do it!!

    Keep running,

    Live the running gal
