how to run system restore when Everything is DISABLED by administrator? I cant remove Antivirus PRO 2008. please help

Do a cold reboot and interrupt the boot. When you restart the system should allow you to restore. I'm guessing this is XP and I'm no expert ( I use Vista and Linux).
