  1. I agree with the answer above about Lily of France at Kohls. I'm not as big, but that brand is a good one to try.

  2. you're only hope is a good sports bra, I mean a REALLY good one.  Those things are up there and if you bounce they're gonna too.  So unless you want to hold them still with your hands....

If the search for the perfect sports bra isn't working  out, maybe you should just try to avoid the running.  Swimming's good exercise. So is yoga.  Many many less bouncy options

  3. I too was going to suggest a sports bra, but since you say in your post that you can't afford any more bras, try this.  Bind your b*****s as tightly as you can, but not so tight that they are uncomfortable, just enough to keep them in place - get some long wide cloth and wrap it around your b*****s several times to bind them down.  The cloth should be thin, like the medical cloth that you use to wrap around a sprained ankle or wrist for support.

My mind is pulling a blank - for the life of me I can't remember the name of the medical cloth - I just hope you know what I mean, lol!  I am female, by the way.

  4. This is the reason sports bras were made for.

  5. I have had the same problem and finally found great sports bras for bigger chests (I'm a 38DD).  I got them at Kohl's and they are a brand called Lily of France.  Coverage AND support!

  6. There are sports bras designed specifically to combat the problem that you described. They are frequently worn by women that jog or play any running sports such as soccer.

  7. You need 2 sports bras. One that fits you on the bottom and then one that is a size too small. Then you need to put a sports tank, i think that is what it is called, where it has the built in bra, which should be one size too small. Or you can ace bandage them. Too much bounce can give you breast cancer.

  8. invest in a good sports bra.

  9. i'll hold em in place for you...but seriously..you should wear like an underarmour shirt it holds stuff in

  10. Sports bra [and if that doesn't work] they may need to tape you down with a bra on already of course...
