There is no"safe" way, if you mean to use the occult. However, if you wish to tell someone who has passed something that you didn't get a chance to in life, go ahead, they are still around. If you have any concerns about someone who has passed, talk to God about it.

There is no safe way. Demons have a habit of impersonating those you wish to contact. Be careful of what you are dealing with. You can get burned.
