The result of my working permit application was refused and the reason is I didn't demonstrate ties that satisfy the visa officer that I will be coming back home at the end of my contract. What does that mean?

  1. it means you did not have enough money or have a required ticket to leave the country. canada is strict on this.

  2. I think you should submit to the Canadian embassy or show the visa officer a letter from your employer to prove that you are really working there not end up as an illegal or an alien. Show him/her your citizenship papers...

  3. It means you didn't convince him/her that you have sufficient ties to your home country (family, children, a house, etc).
