  1. file---->save for web and that should do it

to open a gif in photoshop you have to

file-->import--> video frames to layers then type *.* and press load this should bring up all picture files then select your gif you want to edit but you need quicktime player to do this or k-lite codec pack which is free

  2. You will have to have ImageReady which comes with Photoshop.  Here is a tutorial on how to make animated graphics.

  3. I'm assuming you've already made the animation in Photoshop and you can see it by going Window > Animation.

To save it you need to... File > Save for Web & Devices

Then on the right hand side there will be a drop down menu by Presets. Change that to GIF and then play about with the settings untill it looks good to you.

Then click save and change the file name and destination, and make sure it says Format: "Images Only"

    Hope this helps

  4. ah i'm sorry but Adobe Photoshop does not support animated GIF files

if you want to open animated GIF files, open it with a animation shop.
