How to save my Outlook info on a flash drive??

Ok so im getting a new PC that has XP..Yes im out of date..But my question is how do I save my Outlook stuff that on my Windows 2000 on a flash drive so I can put it on my XP outlook. I have loads of stuff saved. Like stuff in my calander etc..

  1. Do a search on the "C" drive for *.pst you may get a couple results, but the one you want will be a big one.

  2. you will need to export them all..

    Go to file

    GO to Import and Export

    select Export to a file

    select personal folder (pst)

    select what details you want to export and select a location.

    Repeat steps for contacts, calander, mail etc...
