How to save pics to computer?

i have a trackball mouse but when i right click to go to save or save as nothing happens i know the mouse is not broke any other alternatives to saving pics to computer

  1. Some images on the web are protected from copying.  If this is happening on ALL pix, it's your mouse.

  2. go to control panel and make sure the settings are right and the type of mouse chosen is right some track balls have software
