1) Mis vacaciones fueron buenas

or

2) Mis vacaciones eran buenas

  1. Answer is number 1.

    Why?

    because "eran" has the connotation of the fact they "were" good, but not anymore (it adds continuity, as if the vacations were still going).

    "Fueron" means they are over, but when they were going on they were good.

    mis vacaciones fueron buenas, means for example when u  talk about 2007 or 2008. but

    if u say mis vacaciones eran buenas ((also is good)),, when u mean  about many years agoi,, maybe  when u  were in school or in past time (long)
