Question:

How to say no?

It is not easy to say no in every situation and every "yes" means "no" on the other side. When I say "yes, I will do this work" it should means "no, I will not go to cinema" etc. Saying "no" should be very hard sometimes, but it is necessary.

  1. I got over this a long time ago, if you don't wanna do something then just say no and say it with power.

The times I have done this people were taken a back by it but I didn't give a c**p, no one tells me what to do and it should be the same for anyone else.

  2. Repeat after me "No, I seriously mean no, I will not do <insert thing you were asked to do>."

  3. You say no, you can not take on another responsibility, or another engagement, or whatever.

You say no firmly, leaving no question about it.

  4. Just say either yes or no when you have to and mean it ! Don't worry over it...say it, get it over with and get on with what you have to.

  5. Let your yes be yes and your no, no.

The more you are indecisive, the more complicated and difficult the situation will become.

First, think of a reason why yes or why no. Then take a stand since your decision is justifiable.

  6. Simply say NO

  7. What!!!?

  8. Practise in the mirror, watch yourself say"no"and make sure your expression is firm and fair.

If anyone has the cheek to say"why?"you can point out that you have too many tasks/appointments/commitments/occasions already for you to do what they ask WELL and you would prefer not to do something badly. Then walk away!
