How to say "Thank you for having me" in Italian?

Please could someone help me to translate "Thank you for having me" (as in having me stay) into Italian? Thank you.

  1. Grazie dell'ospitalita' is the correct way.


  2. "Grazie per l'ospitalità" is the only way to translate that.

    Don't say "Grazie per avermi" because it doesn't mean anything in Italian!

  4. hi, I'm italian. Your sentence is not completed, I mean you should add a verb to give a meaning to the sentece, anyway the first part is said so:

    "grazie per avermi..." (thank you for having me...)

    "thank you for having helped me" = grazie per avermi aiutato

    "thank you for having let me stay" = grazie per avermi fatto rimanere

    I hope it's clear... if you need more examples or explication you must only ask for it!!!

    The other tranlsations could be considerated as correct translations, but we in italian we use the most the one i said in this case.
