  1. > You are beautiful

    Kimi wa kawaii ne (casual)

    Anata wa utsukushii desu (formal) あなたは美しいです。

    > Your eyes are beautiful

    Kimi no me wa kirei dane (casual) 君の目は綺麗だね。

    Anata no me wa utsukushii desu (formal) あなたの目は美しいです。

    @BluRey

    "Kawaii" is pretty. "Kawai" sounds like someone's surname =P

    And if you want to say scary it's "kowai".

  2. ”you are beautiful”:

    "Anata wa kirei desu ne" (あなたはきれいですね)

    "Anata wa bijin desu ne."

    "You've got beautiful eyes." :

    "Anata no me wa kirei desu ne."

    "[Anata wa] Suteki na me wo omochi desu ne."

    I'm sorry in advance if your computer does not suppport Japanese.

    Hope this helps! :)

  3. "anata wa honto kawai desu" (you are really beautiful [it is]) be carefull because if you overpronounce the last letter in kawai it could sound like kawaii wich means you are scary. leave the last i short.

         "anata no honto kawai me(h) desu" you have really cute eyes"-blurey
