wats a really complicated hard phrase that u could use to say sorry to someone but in a mean way and lots of word that r confusing?

I am contrite is another way of saying I am sorry

french = désolé

italian = spiacente

Its called a back handed apology. I cant specifically tell you what to say since you didnt mention the reason or scenario. But here is an example of a back handed compliment, just so you can get a can idea:

"I don't care what everybody says about you and your weight problem, I find you  attractive in those tight clothes."
