Ok...My roommate is very annoying, she does and say daft things...When she does I try to ignore her but it's very hard, because some things just cannot be ignored.... So, sometimes I end up saying what's on my mind...It's at a point now where she thinks that I'm a mean person...I don't care too much of what she thinks of me, but I don't want to hurt her feelings with my words...So I'm asking for someone's help...Is there like a website where I can find ways or rather nicer ways to say things, so I don't hurt her feelings, but at the same time get my point across?...

I'm probably asking for too much but it's worth a try...

Thanks...Your help is appreciated...

  2. try marshall rosenberg's nonviolent communication.

although honestly i don't see why some things can't be ignored.  you can leave the room, go somewhere else if you aren't enjoying what she's saying.  if you are compelled to interact with her maybe you are contributing to the problem.

most likely she is seeking your attention with these statements.

improving yourself will yield better results than deciding what's wrong with others (like that they make daft statements)

  3. Answer back in a nonagreesive way that implies embarassing consequences of her actions.  You gotta learn to become more daft yourself; and master the art of the sly insult!!

    use the thesaurus there
