Question:

How to score tight abs?

I'm almost 12 and I think it's time for me to start getting in shape.

I'm around 93 lbs. and my stomach is bigger down the lower part, although you can see my abs.

What should I do that's age-appropriate and easy? And not over-the top?

  1. do 25 crunches, 30 leg raises, and 30 russian twists(look on the internet to see what that is) and do that 3 times a day.
