How to scratch an ontario Id?

is it possible to change my id from 1989 04 27 to 1989 01 27?

and how?

Altering your Identification to misrepresent your age (or any other information) is extremely illegal (depending on where you live, the ID is actually the property of the issuing authority).

Additionally, using an altered, fake or fradulent ID to purchase goods or access services you are otherwide inelligible for is illegal.  

My guess is that you want to buy alcohol.  Why not just wait the extra two months so as not to go to jail?

Now, if your ID has incorrect information on it, you need to take the appropriate documents (birth certificate) to the issuing agency and have them change it.
