How to screamo sing?

so i pretty much want to learn how to sing sreamo like bands such as Alesana, Escape the Fate, Atreyu, the Devil wears Prada, Hawthorne Heights (before they lost there screamer. R.I.P.) and even Senses Fail.

im looking for the higher pitched screaming. but i need help with warm ups and just how to scream well. i live in a small place so getting a vocal couch is hard to do.

any help would be amazing =D

OK, well first, EVERYONE must realise that people within our world that we share, are DIFFERENT and have DIFFERENT TASTES IN MUSIC and should learn to keep ther unessesary oppinions to themselfves as it wasnt the qustion being asked. No one is interested in your music taste, so dont answer. Secondly, to scream you must be wiling to forefit any pretty key your voice holds, this is due to the fact that your voice will be, screwed... butting it nicely. However, if this is worth it, to scream takes a little practise and usually comes naturally to you when you have the chance to do it.

1. Find a place secluded, if this cant be done a pillow will suffice, or both if possible, thus to make you feel more compfortable and to not desturb those whom arnt as apreciative of the particular music taste.

2. listen and study the words of screamo songs, if you can understand them enough.. and try to mimic it. it seems like cheating, but all your doing is trying to find a key. Scream your lungs out to find the tone and way to scream that you like, only girls and young boys should sing from the diaphram.

3. practice until you think you could do it. you WILL notice a quick decrease in your normal voice and that wont be retained im sorry to say, its lke smoking or doing drugs.. and may as well through away any chance of being britney spears lol.. soz but if your passionant about it, go for it! Your voice will become slightly lower is all.

4. Remember to do warm ups, so scream at the cat or something, yell more during football, but you must continue.
