How to search for people's full name?

Question

using Yahoo People search, etc.

especially when it is a common name....when i tried to search using Intelius, yahoo, etc, the middle name is usually initial

so is there anyways i can search for the full name including the middle name to distinguised from the other names

such as when i i tried to search for the middle name Lynn, the result often come up "L" and it's hard to distinguish if it's the right person that i searched for is it something else such as "Louisa" etc...
