How to secure a corner sink for bathroom?

it's a porcelain corner sink, and we plan on installing some 2x8 joists so that we have something to attach the sink to. we'll drywall first then install the sink.

question, what kind of fasteners do you use against the joists? there are a variety of holes in the back of the sink, is there any specific stress point we want to secure? are there an types of washers to use that sit against the sink so that we don't have metal (lag bolt, for example) against the porcelain?

  1. u can use lags,ive used 3 in.decking screws before.just make sure which ever u go with to use a rubber washer and pan washer.rubber against the sink
