The card has to be swiped or the number some how given online or to customer service on the phone.

Visit their website (http://www.corporateboxoffice.com/cgi-bi... and on the left you'll see "Corporate Box Office" and then click on "Gift Card Balance Lookup" ...

Also, if you're not a Regal Crown Club member, sign-up ... I'm always getting a free pass, popcorn, or soda (usually up-size for 50¢).  When you're cashing in your gift card, you can get points too.
