How to seed my torrent?

I uploaded a torrent to Demonoid and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to seed my own torrent. I'm using OS X and I currently have Vuze as my torrent program... I'm new to using torrents. Any help please?

open the torrent and make sure the files have the same directory/file size as it says in the torrent and just let it run. although sometimes you might have to set it to seed status but otherwise it should automatically do it
