How to select 720p HD option Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 I cannot find it?

Question

All i can find is the 30fps option HQ

also, HAVE U NOTICED on normal mode (picture taking mode) you cannot take pictures quick i.e. you have to wait a couple of seconds to take the next one, or is it just me any suggestions(and i know about burst mode, i just want it on normal mode)

Turn the dial to 'Motion Picture Mode'

Go into 'Menu' and choose the option 'Aspect and Picture Quality'

and choose the option  16:9 and 1280 x 720 (30 fps)

But only if you have a SD card installed, the Internal memory will only let you record  320 x 240

You have to put the TZ5 into 'High Speed Burst' which will give you 5 photos a second
