depends. what are you selling? i work at walgreens, you see, and it helps to know a bit about what you're selling. alot of the times, you can just look up info on the web about the product. another thing that helps is to point out WHY. instance. at work, we have neutrogena's new line of suncare, but it costs a good 3 bucks more. but, if i point out that it protects against UVA rays, the ones that cause wrinkles, lines, and spots, and get down into your skin, it usually gets them to buy it.
