Home-made cakes, made to order and deliver only with some minumum quantities (will decide) but not sure about payment, what if made and deliver but worry that claim did not order, etc....... not sure how to start to

Most economical way of online marketing is through E bay Singapore.  You can get good exposure to your product there and it will be with results.  I hope you are going to do in a small way.  If you are in large scale, you can go for your own web site with all payment facilities etc so that the cakes can be door delivered.  Imagine the infra structure you need like delivery persons, vehicles, cake shop approved by NEA and other authorities.  As you have not informed the scale of operations, i am restricting within this.  If you can throw investment amount, i can suggest much more.
