Anywhere.  Ebay, Craigslist, garage sale, put an ad in the paper, pawn shop, etc.

eBay - but only if you have a decent seller rating and the ability to include quality, close-up pictures of the clubs. Buyers are pretty leery of new or poorly rated sellers, and often need to see the extent of use (damage, marks, etc) before they will consider a set.

Used sporting goods stores - here in the states we have Play It Again Sports (national chain) and smaller, local shops that are willing to give cash or store credit for sporting goods. They buy them to resell, so you can't expect top dollar, but it's often the quickest way to unload gear. I know Rock Bottom Golf (http://rockbottomgolf.com) also takes trade-ins.

Forums - most golf forums have equipment trading and selling areas for users to make deals. Many have minimum post requirements (you can't post in the sales areas until you've posted # of times in the general discussion areas) to help reduce spam. These forums are free and would get your clubs in front of a large number of golfing enthusiasts.
