How to sell on ebay again?

My husband and I had our own ebay accounts. I was asked to verify my phone number to update contact information. When I did this, they removed my account BUT not my husbands. We have different last names, different bank accounts, but our house phone number is the same. Ebay does not allow cell phone numbers anymore. They are saying they only allow one account per HOUSEHOLD. I can't verify a new account because they want a house phone number. What are ways to get around this? I find it completely unfair of ebay. They offer a service but don't let honest people use it. Any thoughts? Ebay changes their rules so fast no one can keep up. I love to sell online auctions and wish their was a second site just as good but there isn't so ebay is about the only good option.

Can you get a second line in the house with a different phone number just for Ebay purposes? You don't have to use that phone so you won't run up a bill...but just to have it on file with Ebay. I'm not sure what other advice to give, but I hoped that helped alittle.
