How to send TV to pc as well as stream video from PC to TV?

I know there are devices that can play video/music etc from PC on TV via wireless. But is there a device that can also send TV signal to the PC for digital recording?

This is a big topic here, to get tv onto your pc computer you are going to need either a pci capture card or pci tuner card or usb tuner card this will allow you to plug in cbale and watch it on your pc monitor, also you canuse it as a pvr. now to get pc onto the tv ou can use a video card with tv out on it, and a long cable, or if u have like a wii or xbox or ps3 you can use a service like orb which is free allows streaming of video and audio to any web connected device, or u can get a set top box streamer like dlinks lineup, a box with wireess so u can watch videos from pc on tv, or there are also wireless audio video sending units available, ou have to choose the best one for your application.
