How to send a letter to this address?

Question

I wont give complete info but it is so-and-so street in preston australia VIC 3072... how do I write that out on the envelope? Alot different than writing one to the us cause to the US it is like so-and-so street beverly hills CA 90210 or whatever ...I dont know if I should include VIC? or where to put it? how should I write it out ty! :P
