How to send a parcel from UK to Mongolia in a cheapest way?

My brother's birthday coming soon. So I want to send him present from UK. The problem is I could not find any cheaper parcel company, most of them are very expensive which is very annoying. Can somebody plz tell me what is the cheapest option?
