How to send files ,photos to all members in my yahoo group?

1)  Files     When you set up a file, there are only certain instances where the files will be auto-sent to members.  Those choices are selected when file is created.  To see what I mean, go to your group and click on Files. On one of your existing files, click Edit to the left of file subject.  Then scroll down to view the selections.  You will not find one to be sent to all members at any given time.  Only the selections available are an option. If you find an option you want to use, click on the circle in front of the option and click Save Changes.

If you want to tell all members to read a specific file, post a message to the group and give them the file title so they can sign in, click File, locate and read that specific file.

2)  Photos:  From your computer at home using your Email program, compose a message to the group.  To attach photos stored on your computer, click "Insert", select the photo and double click on that photo.  That will insert or attach the photo to your message.  When you are ready to send the message to the group, Click Send.

This message will be posted to the group's website and the photos will not show up there.  Only your members who have their email delivery set for Individual Messages will be able to see your photos in the group message they receive.  The others will not be able to see them.

3) You can send files and pics by attaching them to your mails (but daily digest and no mail members cannot see them on the group's page because they are not stored in your group by Yahoo. Only members receiving individual mails cans see the attachments.)
