How to send messages to a Wii.?

My friend put his Wii number in my wii but every time I hit sen send message it says "You must create one other to exchange message and have like 15 Miis. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

i don't think you need that many miis. you need to give each other your console's Wii number (in your address book). and then wait for like a minutes or hours (took mine 2 hours). then you just go to address book and send a message. you can attach a mii to the message though.

you have to put his wii number in to yours, and your wii number in to his.
