  1. Download the sony ericsson pc suite

    http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/...

    and it will ask you how do you want to connect your phone to your pc and you click on bluetooth and then it will search for the bluetooth adaptor and once it is found you can then send files via bluetooth  from your pc to your phone
