How to send one web page to another?like me to myhubands screen?

Say i'm looking at something on my screen and my husband wants it on his screen or in his favorites, how do we do that back and forth?

On a PC, right click on the page, select Properties, copy and paste the complete URL listed in the Address field and paste it into an IM or email and send it to your husband; he should be able to click it and launch the page.  This is the best way to do it especially if there are frames on the page you are viewing.

Macs may work differently.

Click your mouse in the address bar to highlight the complete website address. Once it is highlighted, right click and select "copy". Open a new email and in the body of the email, right click again and select "paste". As long as you are not viewing a secured website, he should be able to click on the link, or copy and paste it into his address bar.
